Suryadev TMT bars are available in a variety of grades and sizes, ranging from 8mm to 32mm. The TMT bars can also be customised to specific construction requirements.
Suryadev FE 550
Suryadev Fe550 TMT bars are ideal for small and medium-sized residential projects. They have higher tensile strength compared to ordinary grades of TMT bars. This enables significant cost-savings as a fewer number of TMT bars are required to reinforce a structure. Furthermore, the high tensile strength of Fe550 TMT bars improves bonding between concrete and steel thereby increasing longevity of the structure. Suryadev Fe550 TMT bars also have excellent weldability and superior bend and re-bend properties making them the preferred choice of engineers and masons.

Suryadev FE 500D
Suryadev Fe500D TMT bars are highly ductile compared to other grades of TMT bars. The superior ductility is attained by thoroughly refining the chemical composition during manufacturing and ensuring low levels of carbon, sulphur, and phosphorous. This increases their elongation percentage and makes them ideal for construction projects in high seismic zones. The high ductility of Suryadev Fe500D TMT bars increases their ability to withstand tremendous shock and pressure caused during earthquakes.

HSCRS
Suryadev HSCRS (High Strength Corrosion Resistant) bars are designed for infrastructure projects in coastal regions with high acidity and salinity. They are also the preferred choice of engineers for marine or underwater structures and construction in waterlogged areas. With the addition of copper, Chrome, and Nickel, Suryadev HSCRS bars have unique chemical composition and offer greater resistance to corrosion than epoxy-coated and zinc-coated TMT bars.
